Information for couples and judges.

The Hotel is directly connected to the CongressCentrum.
Two overnight stays (Friday – Sunday) will be paid by the organizer.

Registration:
Registrations will be done by each WDSF Member body (national federation).

Shuttle:
airport Stuttgart – Pforzheim (Parkhotel) on Friday
Pforzheim (Parkhotel) – airport Stuttgart on Sunday
Please inform the organizer about your arrival and departure time by November 08^th at the latest.

Important information:
Please book your trip as late as possible, as there are no recourse claims against the organizer in case of a cancellation or inducing any restrictions by German government due to Covid- pandemic.
The organizer will also not be liable, if a couple is not allowed to enter Germany at that time. Please make sure to inform yourself on the current entry restrictions, which might apply to your country.

Please note:

The regulations in Section 1 (2) of the Corona Ordinance of the State Government of Baden-Württemberg on Infection Protection Measures against the Spread of the SARS-Cov-2 Virus (Corona Ordninance – “CoronaVO BW”) apply to access to the event and the evidence to be submitted. Alarm level II has been in effect for the venue Pforzheim since November 24, 2021 (Section 1 (2) No. 4 CoronaVO BW).

According to Section 10, Paragraph 1, No. 4 CoronaVO BW, visitors must provide evidence of beeing vaccinated (vaccine BionTech, Moderna, Johnson&Johnson, AstraZeneca only!) or recovered and, in addition, also submit a daily negative antigen or PCR test certificate („2-G-Plus“). Please note: Submitting a self-test is not permitted!

On-site testing under our supervision is not possible. It is planned that during the main admission times there will be a test offer from a certified provider in front of the entrance to the CongressCentrum Pforzheim. In order to process admission as quickly and conveniently as possible for all visitors, we ask you to arrive with a current antigen test (no earlier than 24 hours at the time of admission).

At the entrance to the event, we will check the vaccination, convalescence and test certificates. Please also have an official photo ID ready! Your contact details were already recorded when you purchased the tickets. It is mandatory to wear a medical mask during the event.
